The Refractory bricks have a high thermal mass, this physical property help to keep the oven hot for a long time after the fire goes off.
Thermally isolated
We use 4-inch ceramic fiber insulation which help to keep high temperatures and heat on the main chamber for a long time as well reach temperatures +900 °F
